The concentrator CEMS used in our factory doesn’t work very well. When the manufacturer came to check it, they said some parts needed to be replaced, and the cost for those parts was around 70,000 to 80,000. Zirconia needs to be replaced frequently, the dedicated data transmission lines often have weak signals, and replacing them incurs significant costs. You’re using it very well
Ours doesn’t work very well either. Zirconia and optical fibers can be replaced relatively quickly. Mainly because there are many non-standard products, the cost of replacement is high. Personally, I feel that the maintenance is inadequate; the backflow effect of the heat tracing tubes is not good enough, and it needs to be improved. The secondary filter before the zirconia oxide unit should also be cleaned regularly. As for the weakening of the fiber’s strength, there is currently no solution; it may be due to poor quality of the product itself
We also need to purchase two sets. I wonder if there are any suitable products available?
