A section of the instrument control cable was found to be damaged in both the tank area and the equipment area; the length of the damaged portion was around one centimeter. The cables before and after the damaged section were in good condition. In the tank area, the cables were explosion-proof hoses, while in the equipment area they were located inside junction boxes. The distance between the two areas is two to three hundred meters
