Currently, the company has newly installed 9 units (for oil refining), 2 units (for the chemical industry), and 1 unit (for thermal power generation), all of which require DCS and SIS systems. For devices of the same type, what brand of DCS and SIS systems are commonly used? Additionally, how is anti-surge control and speed regulation implemented in such units? I hope those who have experience with this can provide some recommendations for reference.

Fertilizers: Honeywell DCS+SIS; Coking: Zhejiang University Control System; Thermal power: Zhejiang University + HaliTech. In our factory, there are also Japanese Hegawa and Honeywell systems for oil refining
The DCS systems of Zhejiang University Zhongkong and Zhejiang Zhongzi are both quite good

DCS central control, SIS Yokogawa
DCS: Honeywell, Emerson, Yokogawa. SIS: TRICONEX (Schneider), HIMA, ICS TRIPLEX (Rockwell). ITCC or TMC with speed control and surge control functions. Triple redundancy for control systems: TRICON, ICST. Redundancy in control systems: Siemens control systems, AB control systems. Note: To improve system safety and availability, pay attention to the redundancy of instruments on-site. For unit control, it is recommended to separate control functions from protection functions, with independent overspeed protection mechanisms. The above are personal suggestions only for reference.
For refining plants, Honeywell, Foxboro, and Emerson are all suitable options for DCS systems. In the chemical industry, Honeywell, Foxboro, Emerson, and Yokogawa work well as DCS solutions. To save costs, Hollyland or Zhejiang University Control Systems can be used for thermal power plants. The unit control can be implemented using TRICON, or through 505 tuning plus DCS plus overspeed protection. The SIS system can be based on TRICON or HIMA
