As shown in the diagram, why is the logical valve HV0102 set as an open-type valve? An open-type valve corresponds to logic 0, and when combined with a logical AND operation, the output of this operation will always be logic 0 under normal conditions; as a result, the valve cannot be powered and thus cannot be opened. In my opinion, it should be a closed-type valve, with a logic output of 1 under normal circumstances, so as not to affect other interlocks. When the valve needs to be closed manually, HV0102 should be set to logic 0, thereby cutting off power to the valve and causing it to close. Could everyone help analyze how it is understood?

The RS flip-flop can be seen; it is used for opening the valve and resetting it, with reset having priority. The characters in the diagram are not clear, and from the diagram it is only possible to determine whether the battery-powered valve is receiving power; this needs to be considered in relation to the pneumatic or electrical circuits of the actual valve
