I need a Chinese manual and an explanation of the functions of each block
In the first row of Brown frames, the first three components are fuses for the solenoids of the interlock cut-off valves; the black one can be removed using a screwdriver, and inside it is the fuse. If the lights do not light up, it means the fuse has blown. The last three components in the first row are relay voting cards – it is from here that the shutdown command is issued. The two components in the middle of the first row, which have plastic covers, are time relays; they will trigger a shutdown if the unit has not been running for a minute.
I’m also new to this. From your photos, it seems that the unit is currently shut down. You should have the relevant documents available, as Brown’s test results need to be approved and signed by the owner, in two copies. If you are in the debugging phase, you can ask them for the electronic version, which contains the configuration details.
Is this the latest model? What I’ve dealt with before was one E1697 paired with three E1667 units; it seems like there are more modules in the second row here.

If it’s a problem with Brown, 1. Check the digital display on the configuration card when starting up the system; if there’s an issue with Brown, there is usually an alarm, and the specific problem can be identified by examining the alarm code. 2. When resetting Brown, make sure that all three relay voting cards are powered on and that their indicator lights are all on. 3. When resetting Brown, are the feedbacks from the solenoid valve and the feedback from the interlock cut-off valve both normal? Also, from your description it seems that the car jumps out of gear whenever pressure is applied, which doesn’t seem like a Brown issue. What pressure do you mean? Also, are the on-site service engineers at MAN foreigners? Normal Chinese engineers are very communicative; they will tell you all about the problems.
