The liquid level changes indicated by the Fisher interface meter are abrupt and nonlinear, but still fairly accurate; shouldn’t liquid level changes be gradual and smooth?
A linear relationship means that there is a proportional, straight-line connection between quantities. Y=k*X+b (where k and b are constants). The change in liquid level depends on the type of container; in cylindrical, conical, or square-cross-section containers, the liquid level changes linearly.
It is caused by a dirty inner cylinder, or the material has crystals.
I thought the same thing – by taking it apart and checking, I wondered if the measurement rod being positioned a bit close to the wall of the cylinder could have an impact; there are requirements for the installation of the float rod, which stipulate that it must be in the middle
It’s likely that this measuring cylinder will get hung on the wall; we’ve dealt with a batch like this before, and in all those cases the measuring cylinder shifted out of its center during transportation, resulting in non-linear output
It definitely has an impact; in fact, a float is nothing more than a balance scale, and it must be installed vertically
Is the damping set too high? Check the parameters by entering 475 communication.
