Issues with communication between ABB control valve positioners and Emerson DCS systems

Hello, everyone! I have a question: The FISHER control valve uses an ABB brand actuator, but why can’t the DCS operating system communicate with the ABB actuator during system commissioning?
? No communication? Is a digital communication mode being used (instead of the traditional milliampere mode)?

Take a look at what communication protocol the ABB brand locator uses; it’s likely that the communication protocols are not compatible.
There are 8 positioners in total, of which 5 can communicate with the DCS while 3 cannot; they are all of the same model! :)
Isn’t it a 4-20mA signal for transmission? Isn’t it universal? It’s impossible for it not to be able to communicate
