Main functions of the WD-EXMG series intelligent digital display alarm unit: 1. Universal signal input, with options available for users to choose from (thermocouples, thermal resistors, voltage, current, linear resistors, frequency). 2. The measured values and set values can be displayed using analog bars or a digital screen, with the display content allowing for free switching. 3. Arithmetic operations of addition and subtraction can be performed on the measured value and the set value. 4. Eight alarm control mode options. 5. Square root calculation and small-signal rejection are possible. 6. Switching-power supply type instruments can have 5 digital outputs: one for detecting disconnections in the input section, and the other 4 for on/off control. 7. In the event of faults such as interruption, disconnection of pairs, or broken wires, the alarm relay can be set to a specific output state. 8. It can be used as a counter and a reversible counter instrument; upon power restoration after a power outage, it resumes the counting value from before the outage. The counting value can be cleared, preset, and used for upper/lower limit alarms as well as for transmission output. 9. An associated alarm control mode can be implemented. 10. Supply external power of 24V, 30mA or 50mA or 100mA (can be used as power for a two-wire transmitter). 11. Transmitted output for measured values or internally set values: 0~10mA, 4~20mA, 0~5V, 1~5V, 0~10V. 12. Standard communication interfaces: RS232, RS485. Panel indication, display mode, and indication content: Single-screen single bar. For single-screen mode: press the SET button to display the program prompt; press the SET button again to show the corresponding code or parameter, while during measurement only the measured value is displayed. Single light column: Displays the measurement value % alternately via the ▼ key, or the % of the measurement value relative to the set values SP1 and SP2. Single screen, dual light columns: Single screen: The same indication as in single screen, single light column. Dual columns: Display the % of the measured value and the % of the measured value relative to the SP1 and SP2 ranges, respectively. Dual-screen single light column: During setting, the prompt is displayed on the upper screen (main screen), while the corresponding code parameters are shown on the lower screen (secondary screen). Pressing the SET button causes the contents of both screens to be displayed simultaneously; during measurement, the main screen shows the measured values, while the secondary screen displays the set values. Single light column: Same as the indication shown in single-screen single light column. Dual-screen dual light columns: Same as the indication shown in dual-screen single light column. Dual light columns: Same as the indication content in single-screen dual light columns. http://www.jswand.com/products_t149.html http://www.jswand.com/ProductShow_671.html
