We want to install an online chromatograph at the LPG unloading station. Do any experts have any proven cases? We currently have three online chromatographs in use, but their performance is not good; the main issue is that the liquefied gas purchased from external suppliers contains impurities, and the preliminary treatment steps are not adequate... Those with experience or access to relevant resources, please offer some advice~~·

Additionally, let’s talk again about the analysis indicators and requirements. Furthermore, since the loading and unloading of liquefied gas is a batch process, how is online chromatographic analysis taken into account? What is the state of the chromatography when there are no loading or unloading operations? Or what state should it be defined as? Online chromatography is highly dependent on on-site and environmental conditions; it is normal for it not to work well or to perform inadequately if it is not configured and set up by the manufacturer’s technical staff.
The chromatograph is from Shimadzu; the exact model isn’t clear. The key parameters to monitor include the olefin content, etc. For batch processing, a metering pump is used to transfer the material from the unloading pipe into the on-line chromatography chamber; the pump can be turned off when there is no unloading taking place. It was installed by an integrator in Lanzhou. I work in storage and transportation, so I don’t know much about chromatographs. Do you have any good recommendations?
