Individual DATA from DELTA V is extracted and transmitted to another location

The Safety Supervision Bureau requires that the data from the DCS (DELTAV system) used to monitor major hazard sources be transmitted to the bureau. How can it be achieved? Which expert knows? Seeking advice

There are generally two types: the wired type uses optical fibers, with the DCS data being transmitted via a communication card (usually MODBUS), and then converted from digital to optical signals before being sent out. Another type simply transmits using a radio station; everything else is the same.
