Who has used 3mm diameter pneumatic valves?

As the title suggests, I asked around and found that there are no pneumatic valves with a diameter of 3mm or less; they need to be custom-made. Who has used it? Which one is reproduced as a standard product? How is the performance?
What type of pneumatic valve? Sleeve needle valve or sleeve ball valve? How to connect it? Is diameter variation allowed?
Currently, flange connection. It can be reduced in diameter. Medium ammonia. Needle valve, original diameter 6; we changed it to 3 ourselves. It is recommended to use a valve core with a slightly higher hardness, such as 17-4, 440B, etc
Use a needle valve, that is, a linear-acting pneumatic control needle valve; it’s better to use a model with number 6 rather than 3. The flanges need to be fabricated on-site, which is less straightforward than using clamps or threads. Choose the needle valve based on your operating conditions – selecting the right valve shouldn’t be too difficult.
A 3mm caliber is already considered too large. It cannot be threaded or fitted with a collar; its sealing is not as reliable as that of a flange, and it cannot rotate either
