After installation, the DCS kept showing high values; after reading the meter at 475, 50HZ power frequency interference was detected. I was wondering if any seniors have dealt with this kind of issue; I’d appreciate it if you could share your experience in handling it. . . Additionally, the measurement medium is steam at 10 bar.

Keep the large and small ends away from the meter head; reduce the frequency, and the flow rate will decrease. If there is interference, reduce the value that corresponds to the low flow rate and set it higher – you can give it a try
It is prohibited to have a diameter change before the flow meter; if a diameter change is necessary, the pipeline should be adjusted to a straight section with the same diameter as that of the flow meter. A straight section of at least 10 units in length ahead and 5 units behind the flow meter should be welded together to ensure measurement accuracy.
I have encountered the issue of static electricity occurring with domestically produced flowmeters. It turned out that our own flowmeters were grounded before leaving the factory, and grounding was also provided at the installation site; this dual grounding led to the generation of static electricity.
