Some questions regarding the negative terminal of the 24VDC power supply in the local junction box

As shown in the diagram, the M-pole of the pneumatic actuator (diaphragm valve) is connected separately, while the M-pole of the bag-type solenoid valve is connected to the 24VDC power supply. I’d appreciate it if someone with more experience could explain why this arrangement was chosen
Everything is fine. Maybe the diagrams weren’t made by the same person
