What do 1″PE and 1/2″OD COMP mean in 1″PE×1/2″NPT(F) and 1/4″NPT(M)×1/2″OD COMP?

1″PE, flat end – this is the pipe end type intended for butt welding or plug welding； 1/2″OD COMP – it should be a tubing fitting, used to connect tubing.
