Seeking help with fluctuation issues in ABB pressure transmitters

Most of the pressure transmitters in use on-site are from the ABB 266HSH series, and there have been many instances of sudden changes in their readings since they were put into use. Is there any effective solution for this issue? Signal transmission uses 4-20mA and 24VDC; functions such as HART and fieldbuses are not employed. The PCS control system utilizes the Honeywell PKS R410, while the shutdown and gas detection systems use the Honeywell Safety Manager system – in all of these cases, glitches have occurred.

Check to see if both the shield ground and the working ground are properly connected. Also, is the instrument cable not enclosed in tubes or trays, and is it fully sealed throughout its length?
