Regarding the issue of no display on the gauge of the Yokogawa EJA pressure transmitter

After the oil transfer pump was started, the Yokogawa EJA pressure transmitter generated an output current, and the pressure value could be displayed properly in the control room. However, the LCD screen on the field gauge continued to show 0 MPa. When a manual operator was connected to simulate the output, the gauge displayed the correct analog output value; yet once the simulation test was stopped, the gauge still showed 0. The range of this pressure transmitter is 0-2 MPa, with a pipeline pressure of 0.25 MPa. Please take a look at what is causing this.
Changed the number of decimal places in the range to 0.00-2.00
The table header shows 2 decimal places.
Are there any numbers for the percentages? If there are no such numbers, then it’s likely a problem with the display; check the other display settings – there must be something that hasn’t been set correctly

This situation is likely caused by a mismatch in the resistance of the output circuit; it’s possible that there is a reverse diode in the monitor’s wiring that remains in a broken state. Try connecting a resistor of about 200 ohms across the terminals of the hand-held controller; this should solve the problem. This is equivalent to adding a slight load. It’s also possible to order a new display panel; it doesn’t cost much.
