Transmitter O-ring

In the specifications during design, it always states that the material of the transmitter O-ring is PTFE. But it’s really unclear where this O-ring is; could anyone with expertise give some guidance? It would be great to have detailed disassembly diagrams of the transmitter. The material requirements for O-rings in the manufacturer’s samples are glass-filled PTFE and graphite-filled PTFE; what is the difference between them? Is graphite used when the temperature is above 200°C?
The sealing surface at the connection between the three-valve assembly and the transmitter is sealed by an O-ring. You can see it once you remove the valve assembly.
The positions of N and O in the diagram are determined primarily based on temperature; when the temperature is high, a stone grinder should be used. For example, in high-temperature five-valve assemblies, stone grinders are also used
This diagram should be quite clear; one can imagine it as long as they have actually seen a transmitter.
