Can a PLC system output a 4–20mA signal to the fan inverter in order to control the wind speed, based on the number of ventilation valves that are open?
Adding a displacement sensor should make it possible.
It’s sufficient to understand the relationship between the number of valves and the air volume.
It involves converting the number of valves that are open into a 4–20mA signal; for example, with 5 valves, each time one more valve is opened, the frequency of the inverter increases. Is it possible to achieve it?
16/5=3.2; the output is 4mA when everything is turned off, and it increases by 3.2 for each switch turned on, up to 20mA
