Can Rosemount 1151 series differential pressure transmitters be used in place of domestically produced 1151 series differential pressure transmitters? ? ? It’s the domestic 1151 differential pressure transmitter that’s broken; can the three-valve assembly that comes with it be installed in the same way as with a Rosemount 1151 differential pressure transmitter?
1151 – it’s a product from many years ago; I can’t remember it
What the heck is the domestic 1151?
Yes, and it’s also imported directly from the United States!
It’s the transmitters produced by a domestic instrument manufacturer using 1151 technology; isn’t the 3051 also manufactured by an instrument factory that uses someone else’s technology?
Then you missed it – Emerson held an event some time ago to find the earliest instruments in China; as long as you had photos from the scene, the serial number, and the model, you had a chance to win prizes. The membrane heads from later models, 1151, were all manufactured in China and then distributed around the world to be assembled into transmitters.
