Do pressure gauges need to be calibrated once a year?

Most of the pressure gauges here are inaccurate, and we aren’t able to repair them ourselves. What maintenance should be carried out on pressure gauges during regular use? Should all pressure gauges be calibrated once a year? Who is responsible for the calibration? Should it be checked whether it’s accurate or not, or only the inaccuracy of the index finger be checked? Can an inaccurate index finger be restored to normal after calibration? What if some internal structures are damaged and calibration is not possible – can it still be repaired? Do we need to remove the faulty pressure gauge, seal it with lead, and take it outside for calibration? Should a seal be applied and a certificate of conformity be attached after verification as well? In a similar situation, what about thermometers and safety valves?

What nonsense is this about forced inspections! Today, the mandatory inspection label is a kind of “identity” for meters; whether a meter has this mandatory inspection status isn’t something that can be decided by you. Comprehensive inspection form – **100% free inspection, got it? It’s likely to be quite difficult to take **advantage** of it.
Buy a standard digital pressure gauge and a calibration pump, and you can calibrate the gauge by yourself; you can do it whenever you want, without necessarily having to take it to a calibration facility. . . How much does it cost to have it calibrated? It’s such a cheap pressure gauge that one forgets about it completely until they remember it and take a quick look at it. If you really need that certificate stating that the accuracy meets regulatory standards, think carefully whether it’s worth it before taking it to the calibration facility.
Meters are also consumable items with a service life; when they can no longer be adjusted properly, they are thrown away and used as bricks to hit dogs. . .
