How does the Zhejiang University Zhongkong DCS system achieve interlocking between control valves and liquid feed rate? Thank you
Does the control valve directly control the feed rate? If so, what is the purpose of feeding it? The result parameters obtained from this feeding are fed back to the control valve for regulation. In other words, to control the flow rate, you can install a flow meter downstream and connect this flow meter to a control valve, using the valve’s opening degree to regulate the flow rate

Isn’t the DCS system at Zhejiang University implemented through programming? There are pre-made control program modules available in the automation software, and the basic principle behind it is simple PID control.
The control valve and the flow meter located before it form a single-loop control system, which is implemented using a PID module in the configuration. In normal operation, you simply need to click on the function block on the monitoring screen to bring up the panel, select automatic mode, and set the SV to the flow rate you require.
