I would like to ask the experts: what is the purpose of the pressure tapping tube used to measure the total pressure of the AnuoBa flow meter, and can this pressure tapping tube be removed? Is it determined based on the usage scenario whether a full-pressure tube is needed? Thank you!
Total pressure = static pressure + dynamic pressure; the result of differential pressure measurement is the dynamic pressure, which is related to flow velocity. Therefore, it is necessary to measure the “total pressure”. It is porous in order to measure the average flow velocity; due to the velocity distribution, the flow velocity at a single point cannot fully represent the average flow velocity.
