Convert CAD drawings to PDF

I’ve recently run into a headache: the wiring diagrams provided by the manufacturer were created using CAD, which makes it difficult to access them. After converting them to PDF format, it turned out that it’s not possible to retrieve the labels and text associated with the various components. I tried using text recognition tools online, but that didn’t work either. I’m wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue
There is dedicated software; I’ve seen it on other people’s computers.
I found one that’s quite good, but it’s costly
Download a virtual printer, and you can print as PDF files
It’s not that a PDF cannot be generated; rather, once it is created, it is in image format and the content within it cannot be accessed
CAD has a built-in function to convert to PDF files. It works normally after conversion. It is recommended not to use other software.
I can turn it around so that it can be searched. I think there are two possibilities: either the text on the drawing is a font or a pattern, or the CAD version is too old?
