The level indicated by the pulse radar level gauge from Shanghai Fanyi does not match the actual level of material. We are dealing with solid materials, and there is dust as well as high humidity inside the storage tank; yet when the tank is empty, the gauge still shows the maximum level. Any technicians who have used this type of level gauge could please explain this phenomenon

If the operating conditions are not optimal, the dielectric constant is low, and there are contaminants inside the tank, it is advisable to use guided-wave radar
Neither this type of range radar nor ultrasonic sensors are suitable options; let’s talk to the person on the second floor – he might have suitable products there.
If the radar in this operating condition is not purged, it will still find it difficult to operate stably
