Distance between 2 E+H Promass300 mass flow meters in series

Dear teachers, on one pipe in the installation, two DN40 E+H Promass mass flow meters are connected in series, with a flow rate difference of 100 kg/h. The distance between these two mass flow meters is short, around 30 cm. Is there any requirement regarding the distance between mass flow meters when they are installed in series?
Why are two mass flow meters installed over such a short distance on the same pipeline? What was the original intention behind the design?
If mass flow meters are installed side by side on the same pipeline, resonance interference occurs (referred to as \"across talking\" in the case of mass flow meters), which severely affects their measurement accuracy. Generally, two meters are installed side by side to meet trade measurement requirements. If it is not possible to keep them at an adequate distance, a bend is added between the two flowmeters, along with secure supports, to prevent resonance interference from affecting the mass flowmeter.
If conditions permit, it is better to use a hose to connect the two flow meters, which yields better results.
The feed rate is strictly controlled; if the deviation between the two flow meters exceeds 3%, the system will shut down automatically.
