The Siemens positioner cannot be fully closed

When a current of 4 mA is applied to the full-close signal, the valve shows a position of 20, and this value is also displayed below. Automatic initialization is successful; it’s a straight-stroke type, and option 3 has been set to OFF. I need help figuring out how to turn everything off.
Yours is 0-20ma, right?
Verify whether the signal is of the 4-20mA type; does the positioner at the fully closed valve position show 20%? It might be that a limit setting has been applied. If not, then consider restoring to factory settings and calibrating again.
The SCUR value in the locator should be set to 4MA
