I want to calculate the utilization rate of each interlock throughout the day. Generally, within a day, the duration for which interlocking is disabled can be considered as \"in service\". Are there any standards in this regard?
I don’t think so. Why would you need to switch it from time to time?
There is no such standard; ordinary companies have chain management procedures, and except in cases of equipment failure, damage to the chain instruments, or other special reasons that prevent operation, everything else must be put into use
