Issues regarding using VNC for remote connection to P+F explosion-proof screens

The situation is as follows: I bought a monitor that can be connected remotely via VNC, and the network cable has been connected as well. Using the built-in PING tool to ping the IP address of the VNC server shows that the connection is successful, but I still can’t establish a connection. I was wondering if it might be because the version of the server is too old? The server is at 5.3.1. The software was installed without any problems; I was able to establish a connection between two computers on the same router. Is there something wrong with the way I connected this network cable?
This wiring does not seem to follow the standard RJ45 cable wiring sequence; you’re using pins 1/2 and 5/6. It should be sufficient to cross-connect only these two pairs of wires at both ends (or use the same wiring sequence if that doesn’t work)
I resolved it myself by reading the manual; this wiring method isn’t quite correct. It’s said online that as long as the TX and RX wires are connected properly, it’s fine, but the manual requires that the four additional wires also be connected in order. Is it said that connections above 100M have to be set up this way?
