Dear experts, those who have used the three-shot control system for boilers configured by Zhejiang University’s system, I would like to ask how to set the feedforward coefficients (the OB OK values). Is the feedforward intended for the main controller or for the feedwater flow controller OA? I’d like to see how the modules are configured in actual practice
Since the output signal of the feedforward compensator is not applied directly to the control valve, the feedforward serves as a feedforward OA for the feedwater flow controller.
So what is the OA feedback coefficient? How is it calculated? With a steam flow rate of 60 t/h and a feedwater flow rate of 50 t/h, how is this coefficient determined?
It is feedforward plus cascade, with feedforward used for steam flow compensation.
