Voltage issues after passing through the MTL ICC212 isolator

The output voltage of the ICC212 isolator became 27V in all cases; although this does not affect the data, it prevents the 475 from being connected. Power supply: the voltage output by the card is 24V, which is normal. These past few days, everything has suddenly changed to 27V; I can’t figure out the reason. I’m seeking advice from experts. The power supply should be divided into different sources, I guess. Check the power supply used for output
Suggestion: Disconnect from the field instruments and measure the output voltage of the safety barrier to check whether it is 24V, in order to determine whether the issue lies within the system or outside of it. Personally, I think it might be due to poor grounding. Pay attention
I agree with the view from the seventh floor: first disconnect the connection to the field, and measure the output voltage. If the voltage is fine, then there is a problem with the wiring or the meter; if the voltage remains at 27V, it is recommended to try using a different safety gate
Check to see if there is a short circuit between the positive and negative terminals, and inspect the wires
