The Honeywell console station is entering an intermittent bypass mode; seeking expert assistance

:'(As the title suggests, we are using the HONEYWELL system; after an outage at the site, one of the console stations experienced intermittent loss of communication with the control points (a situation similar to that caused by the site outage). However, the other FLEX stations did not have such problems, and the valves on site also did not enter an emergency mode. We would like to know how to resolve this issue.)
Have you checked what’s there, including network cables and network cards?
The network cable and network card are fine; I’ve checked them
Is there a problem with C Station? It might be related to power outages, as well as the email account and hard drives and things like that.
The control panel didn’t lose power at that time, so it should not have affected the hard drive. I’ll check the time again tomorrow; for now, I think it might be a synchronization issue
