CS3000 alarm issue!

The Yokogawa CS3000 keeps showing this alarm: “Normal from PI/O not ready”? Dear forum members, what is this problem and how can it be solved?
It’s best to send the screenshot of the alarm, so that everyone can help analyze it for you. Generally, for such alarms, it is likely that the Modbus communication is unstable.
How can one identify the causes of unstable communication, and how can they be resolved? This is transmitted from the compressor system’s PLC.
Based on the screenshot, it is the 5th NODE, the ALR121 module in slot 6. The cable for communicating with the PLC should be connected to its second port. It’s very difficult to troubleshoot issues related to the communication lines; it is recommended to check the shielding and grounding of these lines, as well as to ensure that the connections on both sides, especially the terminal resistors, are secure.
