We purchased mass flow meters from Cologne Company for the external metering of natural gas; the specifications are a diameter of less than DN150 and a pressure of below 4 MPa. We contacted various calibration stations in Huayang, Sichuan, as well as those in Wuhan and Nanjing affiliated with Sinopec, but all said that the calibration gas pressure needs to be above 5 MPa to carry out calibration. We don’t know where we can have low-pressure gas flow meters calibrated Our precision is at the 0.35 level; we appreciate your guidance
The Nanjing Station you mentioned – is it the one located in Zhenjiang? I remember they can perform real-flow calibration for low-pressure natural gas.
The insulation resistance test is not conducted using calibrated equipment; it is a separate insulation resistance test. It has nothing to do with the flow meter’s accuracy
