The interface between oil with a density of 0.97 and water with a density of 1.0 was measured under conditions of low temperature and pressure. Which type of measuring instrument would be more suitable? Thank you!
Both magnetic flap level gauges and glass plate level gauges will work. I have used both of these before.
It’s estimated that the buoy is fine, but it’s difficult to measure the others accurately.

There are magnetic flap types with remote transmission, which are relatively economical. There are also many poor-quality manufacturers; the technology is mature, and they can be found everywhere.
If the container is not large and the range of pressure changes is limited, a sunk cylinder will work. If the pressure conditions are met, double flanges are the best solution.
