Self-acting control valve negative pressure

Dear sea friends, the pressure setting value behind a self-acting pressure control valve is negative pressure – is there such a product available on the market? For example, per the process requirements, the valve should open when the pressure behind it reaches -10 mbarg, and close when it exceeds -10 mbarg.
Generally, negative pressure control requires high precision; standalone control valves seem to be a bit too crude for this purpose. In our extraction units, we use control valves in a cascade configuration to regulate negative pressure directly
