For stainless steel sealed tanks, when they contain liquids with a high viscosity, what type of level gauge provides better measurement accuracy? Initially, magnetic flap level gauges were used, but as the material became more viscous, the float stopped moving altogether. Seek guidance from experts
Reference HG20507 can be used; flat flange type differential pressure transmitters, capacitive level gauges, and ultrasonic level gauges can be selected
What are the tank height, temperature, and pressure? Double flanges can be considered.

Is the medium corrosive? If not, use a submersible level gauge; if it is, use an ultrasonic or nuclear level gauge
Just use radar to solve it; magnetic flip plates definitely won’t work
I’m not sure what level of viscosity you’re referring to. External level gauges can be used to measure the level of engine oil, as well as the level of 98% concentrated sulfuric acid; you might want to give external level gauges a try!
