475 How to resolve this termination message that appears frequently when debugging the DVC6200 locator? ?
I’ve really never encountered it! Look for the travel sensor setting and check whether the value is within the specified range; see what limit has been exceeded, which is causing the alarm
Take it apart and check to see if the feedback rod isn’t installed correctly; the 6200 model uses magnetic feedback, so this error shouldn’t occur if everything is in order.

Reinstall it; it seems to be reporting an excessive travel distance.
Are you using travel distance verification or pressure verification? ? ?
The magnetic strip length matches, right? There should be no issues with installation
The actuator should be designed with a size that isn’t too large; otherwise, it won’t pass the verification
