A level gauge was installed at the point where the stripping water is collected in the middle of the distillation tower, but it keeps showing no liquid level. Water can be drained successfully; the lower end of the level gauge is connected to the liquid phase, at a height of about 600 mm, while the upper end is connected to the gas phase. The pipelines are all unobstructed, yet the level gauge doesn’t show any reading. The pressure here is around 55 kPa, and the temperature is less than 110 degrees. In your picture, only the magnetic flap level gauge and the blowing controller for the air-blown level gauge can be seen. Are you saying that the magnetic flap level gauge has no display?

Close the connection valve at the bottom and see if it can be drained
Is it possible that there really is no liquid level inside? With that very low liquid level you have set, it cannot be indicated
