　　During the daily installation, calibration, and maintenance of flowmeters, it is necessary to adhere strictly to the technical specifications related to the instruments and the installation site. Moreover, while installing the flowmeters, connecting their wires, carrying out on-site calibration, and dealing with faults, attention must be paid to personal safety in order to prevent accidents. The following points need to be noted: 1. Instruments must not be removed while under pressure: During maintenance, if it is necessary to remove an instrument, it is essential to first check whether there is pressure in the pipeline. If there is pressure, the upstream and downstream valves must be closed, and a pressure relief valve must be used to release the pressure. Only after confirming that there is no more pressure in the pipeline can the instrument be removed. 　　2. If the original pipeline contains toxic or corrosive substances, protective measures must be taken during disassembly to prevent harm and contamination to personnel and the environment. 　　3. If the pipeline contains flammable or explosive materials, professional assistance should be sought, and protective measures should be taken during installation and removal. 　　4. Do not work on the flow meter while it is powered on when connecting or disconnecting wires. 　　5. When performing maintenance at an explosion-proof site, the front and rear covers of the converter must not be opened while it is powered on. 　　6. For flowmeters whose negative power terminal cannot be grounded, the insulation resistance between the negative power terminal and the \"ground\" should be checked before powering them on after wiring, and this insulation resistance must be at least 20 MΩ. In such cases, electromagnetic power supply can be used if necessary.
7. When measuring high-temperature media, attention should be paid to heat insulation; when measuring low-temperature media, care should be taken to maintain thermal insulation.
