Can flow meters of different types in the two groups be used to achieve ratio control?

One rotameter and one vortex flow meter, installed in two separate pipelines – is it possible to achieve ratio control based on the flow rates in these two pipelines? Or must it be the same type of flow meter?
It can be achieved. General control strategies (including ratio, selection, override, PID, adaptive, and model predictive control) are implemented by control systems (PLC, DCS). Two analog inputs from different flowmeters are fed into the control system, where the software performs the calculations. It can be sent to the corresponding terminal control unit (such as a control valve). It is possible that the two flowmeters have different accuracies.
