When the boiler is not in operation, water is added and removed, and the differential pressure gauge reads normally. Shortly after the boiler is started, the reading of the differential pressure gauge stabilizes and changes very little. After the fever subsides, when water is added and then removed again, the reading of the differential pressure gauge will return to its normal range of variation. Check the balance vessel: the pressure reduction and cooling in the gas phase are normal, the vertical pipe is full with no blockages; the pressure reduction and cooling in the liquid phase are also normal, with no blockages. The power supply, cables, and DCS cards have been checked and are all in good condition. The meter was taken apart and sent to the Provincial Thermal Engineering Institute for inspection, and it was found to be in good condition. . . After inspection, the gauge was installed on the boiler; the problem persisted even after it was started up. The meter was taken apart again and sent to the provincial metrology institute for inspection, and it was found to be qualified.
