How is the control stability rate automatically calculated in a DCS system? Is everyone working on the system again? My system is a Honeywell PKS system; how can I achieve this?
First, let’s define the term: control stability rate
The operation stability rate is the most direct indicator of the stability of the operating parameters of a production facility.
What counts as a stability rate? There has to be a calculation formula!
I’m aware of the self-control investment rate, but I’ve never heard of the stability rate before!
Device stability rate = (1 – Cumulative number of times process parameters exceeded / Cumulative total number of times all process parameters were evaluated) × 100%
There is another formula: Device stability rate = (1 – Cumulative time of process parameter deviations / Total cumulative time for which process parameters are evaluated) × 100%
Has the stability rate calculation started? ? What is the approach to calculation? ? ?
For this, you need to create a formula in the system to calculate the stability rate; the process engineers must provide the relevant process control parameters as well as the acceptable ranges for these parameters. The system will then determine whether there is any deviation from these parameter ranges, and it’s sufficient to keep track of the time of such deviations or the total operating time
