Dear teachers: For the air supply ball valve QG.QY-64P G1/2-Ф8, what diameter is the pipe connected to the G1/2 side, and is it a seamless steel pipe?
The threads shown in your image are internal threads, suitable for DN15; use a DN15 external-threaded fitting (single-end thread) to weld it to the main air supply pipe. Stainless steel pipes are generally used for gas supply pipes

On one side, ordinary 1/2-inch threaded 304 seamless pipes are used. The other end is a seamless instrument tube with an outer diameter of 10 MM, a wall thickness of 1 MM, and is made of 304 material. However, SWAGELOK and PARKER have rather detailed specifications, as instrument tubes require strict standards regarding tolerances, hardness, and appearance.
Dear teachers: 1) For the G1/2 side, should it be based on Series 1 of the specifications in GB/T 28708-2012 \"Rules for selection of sizes of seamless and welded steel pipes for pipeline engineering\", with a diameter of DN15 and an outer diameter of 21.3 mm? Is this correct? 2) Additionally, what is the material used? Stainless steel? 3) Thickness: Sch80s 3.73mm, or can we simply specify a thickness of 5mm?
1/2 If the requirements for the air supply source are not high, ordinary galvanized pipes will suffice
You can look for HG 20512 and HG 20510. The answers are inside. Since it is a threaded connection, attention should be paid to the wall thickness of the 4-inch pipe; whether it is carbon steel or stainless steel, I believe that 80S has a relatively thick wall thickness for gas supply pipes.
