Do the temperature sensors Pt100, vibration sensors, and electricity meters on the on-site unit need to be calibrated or verified?
All of them require verification or calibration; however, different verification intervals or one-time calibrations (replacement after damage) can be determined based on their importance, but corresponding management systems must be established.
Thermal resistance and thermocouples generally can be sent for testing or not; there is no mandatory requirement. Vibration probes are all subject to static calibration by the user themselves.
Well, this is how we manage things on site at the moment; I’m not sure if it meets the regulatory requirements.
