Questions regarding PC-side control of FCUs

Dear teachers, I would like to use a computer to turn off the FCUs in the meeting room. There is one circuit for each FCU, and each contactor is connected to a three-phase power supply, thus linking the three circuits together. There is an intermediate relay at the top of each contactor, but I’m not sure how to connect the intermediate relay to the computer. I would appreciate some guidance!
You need to add a card or use a communication controller; there’s software on the higher-level system – don’t try to do this if you’re not experienced.
We have a PCC control cabinet here; does it suffice to connect the computer, the control cabinet, and the intermediate relay using network cables?
What’s inside the PCC control cabinet? You first need to figure out what kind of controller is being used, what type of host computer is employed, how to configure the program, how to send commands to the controller, and whether the controller has switch points that can be connected to relays...
