Our company has installed a compressor, and the manufacturer provided 8 vibration transmitters with pre-amplifiers, 2 phase detection transmitters with pre-amplifiers, and one speed monitoring transmitter with a pre-amplifier. However, we don’t have a 3500 model. I’m asking the experts here: is there any transmitter that can allow these signals to be fed into the DCS without having to purchase a 3500 model? I’ve made many calls, but all I got were agents who didn’t understand the issue. Is there anyone I can contact for after-sales support?

No preamplifier is needed; use a transmitter such as the Bentley 990 (vibration transmitter) or 991 (displacement transmitter), with an output of 4-20mA.
Check the requirements: phase and acceleration – these are not available in the 990 series; vibration is acceptable. The range also needs to be considered

If the original transmitter cannot be found for the time being, one can look for a compatible one available in China. It is best to send the probe along for testing as well.

2300/20 can transmit two points, which can be vibration or rotational speed
With so many measurement points, why isn’t it reached 3500? Do the leaders in your unit understand this?
