I need the experts’ help: For the 1199 remote transmission flange, is there a threaded connection option for the capillary tube between the flange and the transmitter? In other words, can the capillary tube be connected to both ends using threads, in a way that it can be removed later?
Hahaha, I don’t think so; it’s better to ask the manufacturer again. I also hope to have transmitters of the kind you mentioned. Among these, filling it with oil is a complex technical task; it’s difficult to do using threaded connections, let alone to replace it casually.
Your requirements are making the production process increasingly outdated. All welding connections are used to ensure a better vacuum level for oil filling. If you need threaded sealing, the manufacturing process regresses. Are you fixing it for your own use, or to run a repair business?

For Rosemont 1199, I remember that one version is repairable by welding, while the other is fully welded； So you can ask their sales staff whether those weldable and repairable types can be disassembled
By \"repairable,\" it is meant that the remote transmission part is welded, and the connection between the remote transmission part and the transmitter is made using bolts. If the remote transmission part is damaged, it can be replaced; the transmitter part can remain the same as before. By \"non-serviceable,\" it is meant that in an entire transmitter set, all the connections and seals are made by welding; if any part fails, the whole unit has to be discarded.
