Which companies in the offshore oil industry are using or have used 300-series mass flow meters? Are there any relevant operation guidelines available? Where can the analog output of this type of flow meter be set?
You can contact the relevant personnel at E+H; they can send you an electronic version of the manual. Since the product comes with after-sales support, just ask them for help.
I just started working at this company, and it’s other colleagues who are currently in charge of handling external communications. There is an operation manual on the E+H official website, and the debugging section of it contains detailed setup instructions. I looked around, but there’s no 300; however, there is an I 300. You can go to the diagnosis menu, find the simulation options, and simulate the output current.

Promass 300 is the model of the new transmitter, while 80/83 are the older models; the 300 can be considered an upgraded version that replaces the 80/83. While 80/83 will be phased out gradually
E+H’s own simulation software. Now, the 300 transmitters can be connected to an Ethernet cable, making it very convenient to adjust them through a computer web page.
To connect to lines 25 and 26, set it to analog output in the signal settings.
