The total axial play is 50 diameters. There are currently three displacement probes in use, and the voltages measured by the preamplifiers are 9.72 V, 9.76 V, and 9.8 V; this indicates that the axis is located away from the probes. Is there a problem?
In practical applications. Any value within 9-10V is acceptable. However, try to aim for 9.75V as much as possible. When rotating machinery does vibrate, the values are extremely high. This slight error has little impact.
It’s not possible to simply say whether there is a problem; since it is a displacement probe, it is necessary to know the zero voltage in order to determine if the displacement is excessive. Check trends
Generally, when it’s time to stop, one pushes the shaft to check whether it’s within the controlled range; measuring the voltage in this way isn’t necessarily accurate
