Some can be achieved; you need to consult the manufacturer of the electric actuator – some manufacturers provide one DO, while others provide two DOs.
Is this electric valve a two-position control? Only two states: on and off?

This doesn’t seem very realistic. Electric valves usually have two DO signals: a value of 1 indicates forward and reverse rotation of the motor, while a value of 0 means stop. When you are in DO mode, does a value of 1 mean forward rotation or reverse rotation?

There is a foreign manufacturer that produces electric valves capable of spring-driven reset in the event of a power loss; I heard this from colleagues, but I haven’t used such valves myself.
Electric valves generally have open and close control commands, DO points for indicating when they are fully open or fully closed, as well as DO points for torque protection when they are fully open or fully closed. Therefore, I believe that from a safety perspective, your request cannot be fulfilled.

If the pneumatic valve is acceptable, a single-acting actuation structure can be used. For the electric actuation structure you mentioned, which requires the motor to rotate in both forward and reverse directions, it’s likely not feasible to implement that. I haven’t seen it
